−東山五条、冬の夕暮れ。家路に着く道すがら葵は祖父にそう告げた。幼い頃に両親を亡くした葵は清水焼き作家の祖父と2人だけで東山の町屋に暮らしてきた。 ものづくりをする祖父の背中を見て育った葵は写真を撮ることで自身を表現する場所を見出し、京都の芸大に通っていた。
