本作は、お酒にまつわる記憶に触れながら一杯を味わうことで、深い共感と唯一無二の感動を生み出すシステムだ。器に酒を注ぎ、器に触れると、酒造りに込められた想いや歴史を映像・音・光・振動で感じられる。

「味憶」は、プロジェクターとPCを搭載した塔状の装置と専用の酒器によって構成され、複数のセンサーが組み合わされている。そのため、酒器がテーブルに置かれた瞬間、酒が注がれた瞬間、手で触れた瞬間、飲み終えた瞬間など、シーンごとに体験が変化する。酒器自体は一杯の酒を美しく見せるようデザインされており、盃をモチーフにした器は神聖さを湛えつつ、器面に大きな映像を投影して空間を彩る。

This work is a system that creates deep empathy and a singular emotional experience by letting people taste a drink while touching the memories associated with it. When sake is poured into the vessel and the vessel is touched, the intentions and history behind its brewing are conveyed through imagery, sound, light, and vibration.

“Mieoku” consists of a tower-like apparatus housing a projector and PC, together with a dedicated sake vessel, and uses multiple sensors. As a result, the experience shifts by scene—when the vessel is placed on the table, when liquid is poured, when it is touched by hand, and when it is finished. The vessel itself is designed to present a single cup of sake beautifully: its cup-inspired form evokes a sense of the sacred while serving as a broad surface for projected imagery that colors the space.
